That's great. Congratulations.
I waited about 4 weeks and mine arrived with a non-functioning left channel.
During those four weeks I emailed James three times and received no reply.
Morning. Is Hifiman honoring the warranty?

Yes, I shipped it to their NY location and they sent a fully functional replacement.

Awesome, glad Hifiman made it right. Due to the great pricing, I was nervous that Stefan Audio Art would be recognized properly for any possible warranty issues. Cheers - J

That's precisely what I feared as well.

Curious what amp you are driving them with?

Waiting for delivery of a Hegel integrated and will run the Susvara off of its binding posts.

Before that was an NAD M22, (same method) which sounded absolutely amazing. The only reason I'm selling that right now is because as I lower the volume on my DAC, I lowered the output voltage which I didn't want to do any longer.
Before that was a Luxman p-750u which sounded equally as good but the Susvara need a little bit more oomph, IMO. I'm also selling that as well. Both are listed on USAM.

I currently have a Woo WA22 that I used for HE1000SE. It sounds pretty louis at only 25% knob/attenuation, but from what I read is only 1,500 mW into 60ohms (vs Susvara impedance)

Yeah that's not enough for Sus, imo.

I'm constantly getting emails from Audio Art.

I know it's nice to see they already have options listed for umbilical cables, which is not a common thing among cable companies. But if a company doesn't answer your emails, that seems like a red flag that should immediately halt any purchases. Imagine if you have a problem with your order - will they answer you then?

There are so many other cable brands out there, surely someone else must be able to make an ECBA umbilical for you.
